Because AMSA covers all 50 states, fees can vary greatly from state to state, even count to county within a state. The fees below are base rates for most metropolitan areas in the contiguous 48 states. Please email us for a quote on Alaska and Hawaii appraisal prices.

*Factors that can increase the appraisal fee include but are not limited to: difficulty of the assignment, location, size of home, value and lot size (acreage properties).

Appraisal fees can be collected COD from borrower, pre-paid with a credit card or billed to the lender with an approved open account.
Borrowers can also pay direct on our website through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required. Just click on the Payment button on our Home Page.
