The completed appraisal will be sent to the lender. The borrower is entitled to a copy of the appraisal. Please contact your lender about receiving a copy. AMSA is an independent service provider. AMSA has no affiliation with the lender/client and will provide an unbiased 3rd-party opinion of value.

Cancellation policy:
AMSA will refund partial fees for orders cancelled prior to completion. Fees will depend on what work has been done up to that point including inspections, subject and comparable research, etc. A minimum cancellation fee of $25 will apply to orders cancelled prior to inspection.
