Because AMSA covers all 50 states, fees can vary greatly from state to state, even county to county within a state.  Please email us for a quote on our appraisal prices.  

*Factors that can increase the appraisal fee include but are not limited to:  difficulty of the assignment, location, size of home, value and lot size (acreage properties).
